Meiji - Panky Chocolate Ball (Japan) Panky Chocolate Ball is made by the Japanese snack giant Meiji, which also makes many other treats and candy. This chocolate ball, about the size of a malt ball, is a unique product because of the filling. I didn't notice the left corner of the wrapper when purchasing which displayed toast and crumbs (bread crumbs). The soft and sweet milk chocolate is sprinkled with bread crumbs and shaped round. The crumbs provided a light crunch within the smooth chocolate. I finished the bag quickly while trying to determine whether I liked them or not. Chocolate and breadcrumbs, how could that be bad.
