Sifers - Valomilk (USA) Many smaller American candy companies have been purchased by massive chocolate goliaths like Mars. Those that remain find distribution and shelf exposure extremely difficult. Valomilk by Sifers, a chocolate marshmallow cup made with the same ingredients since 1931, still has that flowing marshmallow center.
